In our practice we use acknowledged development methods, such as well-known Oracle CDM methodology. Although the largest part of program products is developed in line with CDM methodology, lately we have relied on UML too, as universal language for modelling application systems and methodologies that are bound to it, such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM). On one hand full reliance on acknowledged methodologies, and on the quality system on the other hand, guarantees high reliability and quality of ready-made products.
As a certified Oracle partner we have access to the state-of-art technologies. This implies not only access, but also our pattern of actually using them – we are free to say that we use and implement products of highest world-class. All our Oracle applications use the most contemporary data bases (Ora DBMS 10g), application providers (Oracle Application Server (10g), development tools (Oracle Designer, Forms & Reports 10g, Jdeveloper 10G...).
The most essential feature of our application is their strong orientation to Internet/Intranet technologies. Almost all applications have corresponding Web interfaces, which makes them usable at any location and situation. Thus, we enable our users access to applications no matter whether they find themselves at their desk, in their home comfort, while travelling or elsewhere.
Larger part of development is directly supported by CASE tools, Oracle Designer. That way we have obtained exquisite application flexibility, high documentation and quality change management. However, applications that were not able to be fully supported by CASE tools, we try to model in a way to minimize the programming part.
